Ad-free plan

Filing.fyi is free.

Every company page, score, write-up and filing link is free for everyone, with or without an account, and a free account adds a watchlist of up to 50 companies. Advertising is how we keep it that way. If you'd rather not see ads, the optional ad-free plan removes them and adds two conveniences: more page refreshes, and email updates when we update our analysis of a company on your watchlist or it files a major 8-K. Your subscription also helps keep Filing.fyi free for everyone else. It doesn't unlock any data, because nothing is locked.

Why ads, and why a way out

Ads pay for the SEC data pulls, the forensic scoring and the write-ups, so the site can stay free and open to search engines. Some readers would rather pay a little than see them. That's what this plan is for, and every subscription also helps pay for the site, so it stays free for every reader.

What we don't do

  • We don't put any page, score, write-up or filing behind a paywall.
  • We don't tell you what to buy or sell.
  • We don't market on price moves.
  • We don't pretend to be a registered investment advisor.
